APP Breakthrough Series events are catered towards up-and-coming pro players looking to take the next step in their pickleball careers, and amateur players looking for more opportunities to test their skills. Structured similarly to APP Tour events, the APP Breakthrough Series is open to players of all skill levels–from 3.0 to aspiring pros–and all ages, across a variety of brackets. Players in these events have the opportunity to earn additional points, rankings and prize money, ultimately paving a pathway to “breakthrough” into APP Tour competitions.
