Happy Trails Classic is the oldest running Pickleball Tournament in the area. January 2025 will be our 19th year! The tournament is a 50+, Skill/Age, USAP Sanctioned tournament with all matches refereed. Men’s, women’s and mixed doubles in 50-59, 60-69 and 70+ age groups will compete during the weeklong tournament. NEW THIS YEAR are the 70+ Age/Skill events!

** Pickleball Brackets adds a $5 fee per event, which will be noted on your final bill at checkout.
Total Cost to Player for 1 Event = $90
Total Cost to Player for 2 Events = $110
ALL PLAYERS MUST READ – PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
What does it mean to be registered?
* Player in a doubles amateur event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees
You or your team could be moved to the waitlist: (see the following items)
* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid
* Contract to play is between players and it is their responsibility to comply with the tournament
requirements to participate as stated above – player responsibility
Weather
Inclement weather Policy : We will make every effort to play all scheduled matches/games. This is an outdoor tournament and weather is a risk. No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation due to weather.
SATURDAY JANUARY 18TH WILL BE USED IN CASE THERE ARE WEATHER DELAYS DURING THE WEEK.
Health & Safety
Safety volunteers will be available at the venue (a staffed tent and by roving teams). There will be AED’s onsite. 911 will be called for any emergencies.
Bring your water bottle. Our facility has two filtered drinking fountains with bottle filling capabilities and we will also have large water coolers throughout the venue. STAY HYDRATED!
Refund Policy
No Refunds after 1/1/2025
Player withdraws within 5 days of registration will receive a refund of the registration fees BUT NOT THE PICKLEBALL BRACKETS EVENT FEE ($5 each event).
Player withdraws after 5 days of registration will receive refund minus $20.00 admin fee and Pickleball Brackets Event fee(s).
